Extensive array of studio equipment included with the hire
Convenient studio space perfect for the enthusiast or professional
Our STUDIO is a versatile and fully equipped space ideal for a wide range photography and film projects. The space is ideal for portrait and
group shots, products, pack shots, beauty, fashion and corporate photography. We are within easy reach of Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge,
Westbury and Salisbury by road or rail.
The Studio is fully equipped with a large range of lighting and is a comfortable working space with everything you will need to create
stunning images. The space is naturally blacked-out, providing the ideal creative area for artificial lighting.
Perfect for the enthusiast or professional. It has multiple back drops including green screen.
We can configure the studio for your shoot If you have a particular set up in mind. We are always happy to discuss your ideas.
There are NO hidden extras to pay for - All the equipment and everything in the studio is included!
Equipment included in the hire:

6 x 400 watt studio flash heads.
•
2 x 300 watt studio flash heads.
•
2 x Continuous 165 watt LED Video Lights variable output daylight balanced at 5500k with video effects.
•
2 x Continuous 150 watt LED Video Lights variable output daylight balanced at 5500k.
•
Light modifiers including reflectors, soft boxes, beauty dish, parabolic soft boxes and umbrellas.
•
Light Stands, background stands, bars and fittings.
•
Ceiling mounted fixings for overhead lights and cameras.
•
Various back cloths in black, grunge style linens, greys, fine white nets, green screen and a variety of colours.
•
Infinity white washable vinyl backdrop measuring 3 metres wide x 2.5 metres tall and 4 metres deep.
•
2 x Apple Imac 27” computers with Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and tethering software.
•
1 x Dell precision quad core PC with software for image and video editing.
•
Rolling worktop bench for product photography and storage
•
PVC Background vinyl rolls in white, black, grey and green

Fixings, clamps, tapes and acrylic sheeting.

The Studio is 4.11 metres wide by 5.5 metres long and 2.695 metres high.
(Floor area = 22.6 square metres) or 13.5 foot wide by 18 foot long by 8.8 feet high. (Floor area = 243 square feet.
Hire Charges - Including set up and initial technical assistance to get you ready:
£30 per hour (Min 2 hours).
Half Day - £100 - 9am-1pm/1pm-5pm - 4 hours.
Full Day - £180 - 9am-5pm - 8 Hours.
Technical assistance if required during the shoot is an additional £10 per hour.
Time before 9 am and after 5 pm will be charged at the hourly rate.
Student and Not for profit discount - 20% off.

“Can I visit the studio to check its suitable for the work I need to do?”
We would welcome a visit before any hire. You can arrange a viewing by appointment. Out of hours visits are also possible.
“Are there any extra charges? I have hired a studio before and the charges started to escalate with hidden items”
No, there are now extra charges for anything! Everything is included in the hire. Backdrops for an example are reusable vinyl’s or
fabrics eliminating the cost of disposable paper rolls.
“Can I request a particular lighting set up for my shoot?”
Absolutely yes, we can get everything ready for you before your photo session. Let us know your preferences or send us example
images of the style you are emulating. We will position the lights and modifiers to get things ready.
“My client is only available in the evenings or at the weekends for their portrait session, Can I hire the studio out of hours?”
Yes, that’s no problem at all. We can make the studio available at a time that suits you.
“I have equipment of my own that I would prefer to use in the studio, is that ok?”
We would be happy to hire the space for you so you can use with your own equipment. The cost for technical assistance would be
the same. We can remove and pack away any unwanted items.
“I have a client that need a product photographing from above, do you have a boom arm that can carry a camera?”
We have a dedicated camera mount on the ceiling of the studio, its perfect for overhead shots
“I like to shoot available light images, do you have continuous lighting?”
We have an array of LED lights. All are colour balanced at 5500K. The power is variable and can they can be fitted with all the
standard soft boxes and other modifiers including snoots, barn doors and coloured gels.
“Do you have different coloured backdrops and are they paper rolls?”
The main backdrop is white vinyl forming a infinity background. This is washable and very durable. We have various coloured
fabrics to enhance the backgrounds of your image and materials to dress the studio. Also available is a full width and full depth
green fabric backdrop for Chroma Keying work. We decided to keep hire costs economical by not using paper rolls. As with all
studios, this would be an extra charge for the “Walked on” soiled and wasted material. If you have a particular backdrop
requirement we may already have something in stock or can acquire it for you. We can adapt the way the studio looks in a variety
